1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable) must be included.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
    • Items that have been worn or altered (e.g., resizing, repairs).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged product.


2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at info@eliteglowss.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
    • Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
  • Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request.
    • Exchange items are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or other available options.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the item meets the return criteria (new, unworn, undamaged), your refund will be processed.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).


4. Special Instructions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@eliteglowss.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged or incorrect item, and offer the following options:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Exchange: If the item is available, we will send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your payment provider first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Gift Returns

If the item you purchased was a gift, and you would like to return it, we can offer you a store credit or exchange for a different item. The return process is the same as described above.
